About Us

Randall Dyer and Associates is a small, family-owned pipe organ service company located in Jefferson City, TN, just outside of Knoxville. For over 50 years, we proudly built pipe organs of quality and distinction. Dad retired from the business in 2022 and turned over the operations of the company to his three children, along with Brad Jones, our tonal director, and Jack Wolfe, our cabinetmaker.

While we are no longer in the business of building instruments we continue to service not only our legacy of instruments, but others as well. Please reach out to us with any of your pipe organ service needs or instrument upgrade requests.
